Yummy Soft Malpua is one of the favorite dishes of North India which is a much-loved recipe. It contains mawa or khoa, which is an ideal source of nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Calcium, phosphorus, selenium, magnesium and protein, and it increases the bone density.

Mawa -100gms, paneer -50gms, milk -250ml, ghee -10gms, maida -50gms, sugar -35gms
1. Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan. Reduce heat and simmer till it is reduced and reaches a coating consistency. Add grated mawa and mix well.
2. Add refined flour, mawa green cardamom powder, and the sugar to the reduced milk.
3. Take 2- 3 spoons of sugar and prepare a sugar syrup until the single thread.
4. Mix well and make a batter of pouring consistency.
5. Heat the pan add ghee and add the batter to the pan and swirl into round shapes.
6. When both sides are done, drain and immerse in the sugar syrup. Garnish with pistachios and serve hot.
