A sweet dumpling from Nepal is perfect to present something exclusive and extra delicious and nutritious. It is rich in iron and carbohydrates.

Contents
2 cups rice flour, 1/3 cup wheat flour, 2 cup molasses, 1 tbsp dry coconut, 1 tbsp brown sesame seeds, 2 tbsp ghee, ½ cup milk, ½ cup water
1. In a deep bowl add rice flour and wheat flour. Using little water at a time knead a soft and smooth dough. Keep aside.
2. Heat a pan and add molasses(chaku) and stir till it all melted.
3. Add 2 tbsp ghee and stir again. Add a little milk and stir again for a minute.
4. Take out the chaku in bowl. Add grated coconut and brown sesame seeds.
5. Now take small portion of dough in your hand and make a round and then cone shape.
6. Make a hole on top of dough and rotate the cover while you make hole. It will make a cone shape.
7. Fill the cone with chaku and close the top.
8. Steam all the cones in steamer for about 15 minutes.
Hot n sweet Yomari is ready to serve.
