Prepare Tharagu, a south Indian dish to satiate your child's taste buds. It is rich in carbohydrates and calcium.

1/4 cup maida, 2 tbspwheat flour, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 3 tsp chana dal, a pinch of salt, 4 fried cashewnuts, 3-4 cardamoms, 2 tsp grated coconut, oil for frying
1. Take maida, wheat flour, and salt and knead a smooth dough. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
2. Make small balls out of that dough.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet. Roll the balls and fry till they become crispy.
4. Crush the fried balls using your finger and then add powdered sugar, powdered chana dal, grated coconut an dmix well.
Serve immediately with a topping of cashews.
