Sweet pie is a dessert which is easy and quick to make with very basic ingredients like wheat flour, butter and sugar. These are energy giving foods as they are rich in carbohydrates and fats, boosting agility.

Ingredients to make Sweet Pie:
1 tbsp butter, 1 cup wheat flour, 1.5 cups milk, ¾ th cup sugar
Steps to make Sweet Pie:
1. In a pan, add butter. Once it begins to melt, add wheat flour and in medium flame keep stirring till it turns light golden brown.
2. Add the milk and keep stirring continuously till the mixture gets blended well.
3. Add sugar and give a good mix.
Yummy and nutritious sweet pie is ready. You can serve it in a bowl or can spread the mixture on a greased plate, cool for 20 mins and then cut in the desired shape. Enjoy.
