Try this yummy Sweet Mango Chutney recipe! Mangoes are loaded with nutrients such as Vit C and Vit A.

2 tsp oil, ½ tsp fenugreek seeds, a pinch of asafoetida, 1 raw mango grated, ½ coconut grated, 2 tsp jaggery, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1. Heat 1 tsp of oil, add the fenugreek seeds and asafoetida and saute on a medium flame for 1 min.
2. Add the mango, coconut, jaggery and salt, mix well and saute on a medium flame till the jaggery is dissolved and the mixture becomes pulpy.
3. Cool and blend in a mixer using a little water till smooth.
4. Heat the remaining 1 tsp of oil, add the mustard seeds and saute till they begin to crackle. Add to the chutney and serve.
