Try out this mouth-drooling innovative aloo palak paratha, which will surely keep you tempted for more. This paratha serves great taste and health. Spinach is rich in fibre along with essential vitamins and minerals and potatoes adds the super taste to it.

2 boiled potatoes, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp cumin powder, amchur powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2.5 cups wheat flour, salt, ghee for cooking, yogurt
1. Wash, drain and chop spinach leaves.
2. Knead a soft dough using flour, oil, water, salt. Keep aside.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai, add garlic paste and saute it. Stir in chopped spinach leaves, cumin powder, turmeric powder. Cook for a minute.
4. When spices mix well, crumble and add potatoes. Add amchur powder, coriander powder, salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Take out the stuffing in plate.
5. Take out small balls of dough, flatten them like paratha. Fill in the stuffing and roll it again into a paratha.
6. Put the paratha on tawa and cook from both sides using ghee.
Stuffed paratha is ready to be relished. You can serve it with curd.
