This is sweet course that concludes a meal. If your child is sweet tooth you can offer him any time of the day. Nutrients in lychees include magnesium, copper, iron, and vitamin C.

10 lychees, ½ cup low fat paneer (cottage cheese), 2 tsbp. fresh cream, 4 tbsp. sugar substitute, 2 drops vanilla essence, 2 tbsp of almond and pistachios slivers
1. In a non-stick pan sauté together cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla essence for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
2. Stuff each deseeded lychees with a tsp of the filling and refrigerate for half an hour.
Garnish on the top with almond and pistachios slivers and offer them to your child.
