This crunchy sweet snack can be enjoyed anytime in a day with or without milk,and will be loved. It is rich in carbohydrates and iron.

Contents
2 cups wheat flour, 1 cup jaggery, 1 tbsp ghee, oil for frying, sesame seeds
1. Heat a skillet and add 1 tbsp ghee. Add flour to the skillet and roast on medium flame.
2. Once done, let it cool down. Knead a dough by using water.
3. Make small pooris or big roti and cut small daimond pieces.
4. Heat oil in a skillet and fry these sirnis.
5. Make jaggery syrup by using jaggery and water.
6. Add fried sirnis to the syrup and stir properly until it becomes dry.
Serve hot or cold.
