Simple Chicken Curry has a delicious aspect that would be suitable to satisfy your taste buds. This dish can be prepared at home without any hefty preparations. Chicken is a good source of nutrition as it offers protein, Vitamin A and Vitamin B-6. Moreover, onions are used in this recipe that offer vitamin C and calcium. Ingredients: 6 skinless chicken breasts, 2 large onions, ¼ cup olive oil, 1/3 cup curry powder
Steps:
1. You need to heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and saute till it turns golden.
2. Slowly add the curry powder. Let the ingredients blend and then add the chicken breasts.
3. Cover the skillet and simmer over medium flame for about 45 mins.
4. Remove the cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Wait for the sauce to reduce.
Serve it with roti or rice. Try making it today!
