This is an amazing snack item which would work to fulfill your kid’s mid-meal hunger. The items used are cream cheese, grated pecorino-Romano cheese, paprika, Dijon mustard, artichoke hearts, precooked shrimps and bagel chips. Shrimps serve as a wonderful source of vitamin B12 and protein which is good for the kid’s body.

Steps:
1. The first step is to pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Take a large saucepan and add butter.
2. Heat the pan and add onion along with bell pepper. Cook it for at least 7 minutes and let it cook.
3. To the pan add cream cheese, ½ cup pecorino-Romano cheese along with mustard and paprika. Now add the artichoke hearts and stir it after adding shrimps. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
4. Take a baking dish and add this mixture. Top the content with the remaining pecorino-Romano cheese. Bake the dish for around 18 minutes.
You can serve this food item with a dip.
