Easy to cook and good to make, Rice Ball Rasmalai is a super delicious dessert to serve to your family.

For the rice balls:
1 cup rice flour, water, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp milk, 5 tbsp condensed milk, ½ cup powdered pitachios
For the sauce:
2 cups milk, ½ cup condensed milk, 1/4 cup chopped almonds, mixed nuts for garnishing
1. In a pan add water, oil, milk and when water warms up, add rice flour. Stir continuously to avoid formation of lumps.
2. Once this mixture starts to thicken it will start leaving the sides of the pan. Remove from heat and let it cool.
3. Add condensed milk,grease your hands with oil and then make small balls.
4. Stuff each ball with pista. Steam cook these balls in a idli cooker for 10 minutes.
5. Now, in a pan, add milk and let it boil on medium flame. Add condensed milk and almonds and boil again.
6. When it stars thickening, add few rice balls and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped nuts.
Serve chilled.
