Mangoes offer several health benefits as they are known to prevent cancer, improve digestion and are good for the skin. Aam Sandesh is a traditional Bengali sweet which offers the goodness of mangoes and is a delight to the taste buds.

Ingredients:One cup creamy milk, one cup mango puree, ½ cup of milk powder, sugar as per taste, a few strands of saffron soaked in milk, one teaspoon of lemon juice, pistachios of garnishing.
Steps:
1. Slowly boil the milk and you will see it thicken. Now add the lemon juice and your milk will start to curdle. Keep stirring till you see water leaving the cheese.
2. Now strain the cheese and hang it up for sometime to ensure that all the water is gone. Now clean it under running water to remove the smell of lemon juice.
3. Now slowly knead the cheese into a soft dough. Add the sugar, mango pulp and saffron into the cheese dough and knead with your palms to make it soft.
4. Now roll them into a shape you like. Garnish with pistachios on top and serve chilled.
