Is your little angel fussing about her food? Make her this delicious pasta dish called Popeye’s Favorite! This is loaded with Vitamin D and Iron from the spinach, as well as calcium, carbohydrates and protein.

Ingredients to make Popeye’s Favorite:
6 boiled lasagna sheets, 1 cup white sauce, 1 cup red sauce, 2 1/2 cups blanched and chopped spinach, 1 cup crumbled paneer, 3 tbsp fresh cream, salt to taste, 1/4 cup grated processed cheese
Steps to make Popeye’s Favorite:
1. Combine the spinach, cottage cheese, fresh cream and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2. Place two sheets of lasagna in a 6” diameter greased baking dish, put half the spinach mixture and half the tomato sauce over it.
3. Repeat to make 1 more layer.
4. Finally cover with the remaining 2 lasagna sheets, and pour the white sauce and cheese evenly over it.
5. Bake at 200°c (400°f) for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
