Sweet and juicy oranges make a delicious and healthy snack or addition to a meal. Oranges are well known for their vitamin C content. They are low in calories and full of nutrients. They promote clear, healthy skin and can help to lower the risk for many diseases as part of an overall healthy and varied diet. Orange Sweet Dish is a delicious blend of orange with milk. It is very easy to prepare and liked by all age groups.

Ingredients to make Orange Sweet Dish:
Orange juice-1 cup, zest-1 tsp, milk-1 cup, corn starch-½ cup, salt-to taste , ghee-3/4 cup and sugar-½ cup
Steps to make Orange Sweet Dish:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180 C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, ghee, salt, and sugar together.
3. Mix in the orange zest and the all corn starch with this. Almost instantly you can smell the orange flavour in the cake mixture.
4. Add the orange juice and milk with this. The whole mixture will be thinner than the usual cake batter but thicker than pudding mixture.
5. Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish. Fill a bigger baking dish with about 1 inch of hot water (water bath). Place the smaller dish filled with the batter into this bigger dish.
6. Transfer this (bigger dish with the smaller cake dish) together into the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
7. The cake should be completely set and not be runny.
Serve this as a warm dessert with some cold ice cream. If not chill it in the refrigerator and serve cold.
