This porridge is of high nutrition value and extremely beneficial. The addition of jaggery will add that extra oomph factor and make it more enjoyable for you. This porridge is loaded with antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, as well as protein.

    Ingredients to make Multigrain Millet Porridge:

    Ragi - 1/4th kg, pearl millet - 1/4th kg, green gram- 1/4th kg, parboiled Rice - 1/4th kg, roasted gram- 1/4th kg, wheat flour - 1/4th cup, barley - 100 gms, sago - 50 gms, ginger - 2 inch, almonds - 25 gms, water - 3/4th cup, jaggery - as per the taste

    Steps to mke Multigrain Millet Porridge:

    1. Soak ragi, pearl millet, green gram overnight and then wash them properly and tie them in a muslin cloth and hang it.

    2. Leave it for sprouting and rinse once again, then leave it for drying.

    3. Dry roast parboiled rice, barley, sago, wheat flour, and almonds - all separately.

    4. Now groud all the ingredients and mix the powdered ones with them after you have grinded.

    5. Now add 1 and a half tsp to 3/4th cup water and mix well.

    6. Then put it on flame and heat it till it starts boiling and add some jaggery as per the taste.

    Your multi-nutrious and super delicious porridge is ready to be served.
