Learning how to make jelly can be incredibly useful and delicious to entertain your child and family. Lemon grass has folate, Zinc, potassium and phosphorus.

2 cups water, 2 stalks lemongrass knotted to 4 inch stripes, ¾ cup sugar, 2 tsp.agar agar powder, ½ tsp. fresh lime juice.
1. Heat water, sugar, and lemongrass in a saucepan and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
2. Bring it boil and reduce heat to a simmer, cover the saucepan and cook for another 10 minutes, so that the lemongrass flavour is induced in the mixture.
3. Mix agar agar powder in warm water and whisk until the powder is completely mixed in water.
4. Remove the lemongrass from the saucepan and add agar agar mixture and stir constantly until the liquid begins to full rolling boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 1 minute and remove from heat.
5. Pour into jelly or pudding molds or prepared sterilized jars and let them cool down and allow it to set in the fridge.
