This a nice sweet dish that is healthy and nutritious as well. It contains healthy carbs and fats

Contents
1 cup poha, ½ cup jaggery, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup grated coconut, 1 tsp cardamom powder
1. Soak poha with little water for five minutes.
2. Take jaggery and water in a pan and boil till jaggery melts.
3. When the jaggery syrup boils and starts thickening, add grated coconut and cardamom powder.
4. Switch off the stove. Add soaked poha in this mixture.
Mix well and serve warm.
