This recipe is prepared without any cooking made in a jiffy. This is highly nutritous for your growing child. Khajur has important vitamins and minerals in addition to dietary fiber.

1 cup deseeded and finely chopped black dates (khajur), ½ cup finely pistachios, ½ cup almonds (badam), 1 tbsp. ghee, ¼ tsp.cardamom (elaichi) powder, ½ tsp. oil for greasing
1. Mix all the ingredients well in a mixing bowl and knead them to form a soft dough.
2. Grease a tray and spread the mixture evenly and allow it to set for 30 minutes.
3. Cut them into your desired shape: Square, rectangle, etc.
Serve them to your child as an evening snack, after his playtime.
