It is easy to prepare in minutes and very healthy.

Ingredients to make Kaddu Dry Fruit Kheer:
Pumpkin-1 small, milk-5 cups, sugar-2 cups, almonds-few, pistachios-few, cashew nuts-few, oil-3 tsp and cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp
Steps to make Kaddu Dry Fruit Kheer:
1. Peel and grate pumpkin. Squeeze out excess water for it.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add grated pumpkin.
3. Sauté over low flame till the raw smell goes off and there is no moisture left in it.
4. Add milk, stir well, and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add sugar and cinnamon powder. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
6. Cook until the mixture turns slightly thick and turn off the flame.
Serve hot or chilled.
