Do you want to make dishes that are healthy and yet will appeal to palate. This Homemade Vanilla Pudding is the perfect treat and it is also full of nutrients like calcium and protein.

4 cups milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp gelatin powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 8 tbsp warm water
1. Combine the milk and sugar in a deep non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
2. Combine the gelatin powder and warm water in a bowl. Add gradually to the milk-sugar mixture. Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
3. Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
4. Pour into an aluminium pudding mould and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours. Slice and serve.
