    Ingredients to make Healthy Red Paratha:

    Wheat flour-1 cup, salt- pinch, oil- 1 spoon, water-as required, beetroot-½ cup, and ginger garlic paste-½ spoon

    Steps to make Healthy Red Paratha:

    1. In a fry pan, add oil and heat it.

    2. Add grated beetroot, sauté for few seconds.

    3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

    4. Add salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix and cook for another 4-5 minutes on low flame. Stuffing is ready.

    5. In a mixing bowl, a dd wheat flour. Add salt and mix.

    6. Add water and knead the dough. Make asoft dough.

    7. Take a medium size dough ball. Roll it out into a very small circle and fill a tsp of stuffing at the centre. Seal it tightly.

    8. Dust some flour on the rolling pin. Flatten the paratha into small circular shapes.

    9. Heat the tawa/gridle and place the paratha.

    10. Apply oil/butter over the paratha and flip. Cook both the sides of the paratha very well.

    Take them out and serve hot with pickle/yogurt/raita/chutney.
