You can make delicious hara bhara kababs at home using spinach, which is very nutritional. Spinach or palak is a rich source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, Vitamin B6, magnesium etc.

Ingredients: 2 cups spinach leaves, 2 potatoes boiled and grated, ¾ cup green peas, 1 tsp. chaat masala powder, 1 tsp. amchur powder, 2 tsp. ginger-green chilli paste, 2 ½ tbsp. besan, salt, 2 tbsp. oil.
Steps:
1. Blanch the spinach in salted hot water and chop it finely. Set aside.
2. Add the grated potatoes, green peas, ginger green chilli paste, salt and spice powders and spinach into the bowl and mash. Set aside.
3. Roast the besan till it changes colour and add it into the mash. Mix well and shape out the kababs.
4. Shallow fry the kababs till they are crisp and golden on all sides and serve with chutney or sauce.
So now, don’t worry when you want to eat something spicy and delicious for snacks. Make homemade kababs and surprise everyone at snack time!
