If you want to try something new, give this crispy finger food, which is easier to make at home. This recipe contains besan is rich in fiber, iron, potassium, manganese, copper, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, folate, vitamin B-6 and thiamine. This could be given as a snack to your babies.

Wheat flour-30gms, maida-15gms, ghee -10gms, alt to taste, oil as needed for deep frying
1. Mix the flours together, add salt and ghee and make into dough.
2. Roll the dough and use a cookie cutter to cut into desired shapes
3. Deep fry until golden brown
Note: You can add pureed carrots and spinach to the dough and make a colorful crackers and it can also be baked at 180ºc for 10- 15 mins until crisp.
