Chunali or watercress is a local vegetable of Himachal Pradesh and consumed very fondly by the localites there. Watercress is a rich source of vitamins and other important nutrients, it helps in strengthing of bones and works as a good antioxidant. You must try to include it in your diet.

Contents
2 cups chunali/watercresss greens (shred), 1 tablespoon mustard oil, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, 3 red chillies, broken salt, 1 pinch asafetida/hing
1. Sort all the chhunali and then wash them properly and shred them into pieces.
2. Take a pan and heat mustard oil once the oil is warm then splutter coriander seeds and red chillies till brown.
3. Add pinch of hing and add the shredded chhunali also add salt and mix properly
4. Cover and cook on slow flame till greens are soft.
Chunali ki Bhuji is ready to be served.
