Spread the joy with this tasty Chocolate Oats Cake. This is very simple and easy. You can make it in a pressure cooker or in the oven. Oats have a well-balanced nutritional composition of carbs, protein, fat and fibre.

Ingredients to make Chocolate Oats Cake:
4 tbsp butter, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup maida, ½ cup oats powder, 1 tsp choco powder, 1 egg, vanilla essence 1 tsp, baking powder ½ tsp, milk ½ cup
Steps to make Chocolate Oats Cake:
1. Remove the whistle of the pressure cooker and add a layer of salt at the bottom of the pressure cooker.
2. Bring milk to a boil and pour this over the oats powder and mix well
3. Sieve flour and baking powder and set aside.
4. Take butter in a mixing bowl, add in sugar and whisk it well.
5. Add in egg, vanilla and oats and mix well.
6. Now add in the flour mix in and fold gently.
7. Pour the batter into the tray which is greased with butter and dusted with flour.
8. Place the tray on the salt layer in the pressure cooker and close the lid and cook on medium flame for 40 minutes.
9. Check with a knife, if it comes out clean, the cake is done otherwise cook for another few minutes.
10. Cool it and cut it into desired shapes.
11. You can also bake it in an oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
