This delicious sundal is the best source of balanced food and plays a vital role in the overall development. Rich in protein and vitamin C, this All Mix Sundal will be perfect for snacks.

Ghee- 1 tbsp, cumin seeds-1 tsp, a pinch of hing, onions (diced)- ½ cup, ½ cup mixed sprouts, ½ cup sprouted chana, salt as per taste
1. Soak ½ cup of mixed sprouts (green moong dal, moth beans, black chana, kabuli chana) overnight. Wash well and put it in a muslin cloth and tie it like a bundle. Keep it aside at warm place for next 10 -12 hours. Open the bundle and take out the sprouted beans.
2. You can purchase the mixed sprouts from market as well.
3. Cook the sprouted grams in an open vessel by adding little water and salt. Do not over cook.
4. In a kadai put ghee, and when warm add hing and cumin seeds. When it pops up, add onion.
5. Add cooked sprouts along with a pinch of salt. Mix well. Serve after garnishing.
You can add grated coconut to enhance the flavour.
